LET'S DEVELOP

YOUR CUE TIP

High-quality cue tips are developed through a precise and controlled artisanal process.
Each piece is carefully selected, treated, and finished to ensure consistency, durability, and optimal performance.
The leather is processed with attention to structure, density, and response, aiming to provide balanced grip, clean contact, and reliable control of the cue ball. Every stage of production is monitored to maintain high standards and repeatable quality.
The result is a cue tip designed to meet the expectations of players who value precision, stability, and long-lasting performance.

MANUFACTORING AND PRIVATE LABEL SERVICES

The production structure is fully organized to support third-party manufacturing and private label projects.
Flexibility, precision, and strict quality control allow the development of customized cue tips based on specific technical requirements.
Each collaboration is managed with confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail. From material selection to processing parameters, every phase can be tailored to match the partner’s performance standards and brand identity.
The manufacturing process ensures consistency across batches, controlled specifications, and repeatable results — making it suitable for distributors, brands, and industry professionals seeking a dependable production partner.

PROTOYPING SERVICES

Prototyping services are available to support the development and refinement of new products.
Each project can be tested and optimized through sample production, allowing technical adjustments before full-scale manufacturing.
The prototyping phase enables the evaluation of materials, structure, density, and performance characteristics, ensuring that the final product meets precise specifications and quality standards.
This process guarantees greater control, reduced risk, and a more efficient transition from concept to production.

PRECISION AND ACCURACY

Tip hardness isn't measured directly with a durometer, but rather takes into account very important factors such as stiffness and elastic modulus. By measuring these parameters, it's possible to adjust the hardness not only on the surface but throughout the entire tip, where durometer can't reach.
